Every feature on this page comes with the account — the buyer list, the door scanner, AI copy gen, waitlists, co-promoter splits, all of it. Stripe pays you directly with no transfer fees on our side.

You'll connect a Stripe account (free, 5 minutes). Stripe charges your buyers and pays you out directly — we take a small per-ticket platform fee that your buyers cover at checkout, so you keep the full ticket price. If you already use Stripe, connect that same account.

You choose your payout schedule — keep your earnings in your Stripe balance and cash out whenever you want, or set automatic deposits daily, weekly, or monthly (typically ~2 business days to your bank). Not "after the event" like some platforms hold funds — the money is yours the moment it sells.

This is BuzzHive — a Seattle event production crew that's been running underground shows across the Pacific Northwest since 2009. We spent years giving up 10%+ of every show to the big ticketing platforms, watching them keep our buyer list hostage, and waiting weeks for payouts.

So we built our own. Stripe handles the money so it lands in your bank in days, not weeks. Every feature we use ourselves — webhooks, custom event pages, the mobile door scanner, the whole buyer list — comes free. Not free as in "until we sell you something later" — free as in that's the product.
